1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are tentative until confirmed via WhatsApp/Email with advance payment receipt. We require a valid ID proof of all guests at the time of check-in.

2. Check-In & Check-Out Times

• Standard Check-in: 2:00 PM
• Standard Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Guest Conduct & Quiet Hours

To respect the residential neighborhood, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Loud parties and outdoor music during these hours are strictly prohibited.

4. Damage Policy

Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture, or fittings during their stay, and the cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest.
